Welcome to Capt Dave’s Beach House/Condo!

It was totally remodeled, refurnished, and is immaculate throughout, and is turnkey ready for a wonderful stay!

The condo includes a large welcoming atrium, a huge screened-in porch with skylights and a sunny patio. The master and guest bedrooms have their own Lanais – great for an early morning cup of coffee. Two full bathrooms with new travertine marble. In total, the living area is 1470 sq. ft.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a great floor plan, washer-dryer stack, new appliances, granite countertops, quality cookware – service – cutlery. The kitchen and living areas offer an exceptional tropical view. The nine sliding glass doors contribute to a bright and sunny atmosphere throughout. It’s perfect for an Artist Studio, and a Florida Beach House!

Beautifully furnished with beach art, music instruments to use and a “Floribbean” decor. Capt Dave’s New Beach House has remained pet and smoke free.

The Pine Run HOA is PET friendly.

Pine Run is an upscale, friendly community. It is within walking/biking distance to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. It’s very close to the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW), Spanish Point, Casey Key, Beaches, County-State Parks, kayak launches, and boat ramps.

Dave’s Beach House includes 2 heated pools, a beautiful Clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, an exercise facility, sauna, kayak storage, and ample resident/guest parking within a lush tropical setting.

Magnificent Beaches

Nokomis Beach, one of the best beaches in the state, is just minutes away. A great family beach with clean bathroom/shower facilities. The drum circle is a must see held on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Lifeguard on duty. Snack hut with great food and cold beer.

Osprey, FL is bordered by the beautiful cities of Sarasota and Venice and Nokomis and is primarily known for its beautiful white sand beaches.

The area is also renowned for the island of Casey Key, Nokomis Beach, fishing, as well as numerous opportunities for biking, boating, canoeing and kayaking along the Intracoastal waterways.
